With almost 6 years of history working alongside Danijel on various professional and personal projects, Katy recently came on board with OWS to help coordinate logistics, ramp up marketing and fine tune process management. With over a decade of experience in sales and marketing, her sweet spot is creating order in chaos by developing the systems and procedures that effectively drive towards higher levels of service and sustainability.
When she’s not channeling her OCD superpowers to achieve Company objectives, she can be found volunteering her time at her church, writing her next book, or working to help support and equip other busy working moms with the insights and community they need to thrive both in the workplace and at home. Recently remarried, her top priority is her family, which consists of husband Matt, daughter Emily, twin sons Ben and Jake, stepson Petey, giant yet wannabe chihuahua dog, Gambit, bearded dragon lizard, Cricket, a handful of fish, and one incredibly annoying, practically doesn’t deserve to be mentioned, black cat, Leo.
